His 16 years of management, engineering and software recruiting experience are key assets to RTP’s clients and candidates’ alike.
Prior to founding RTP, Macrides started a local office for one of the nation’s fastest growing software consulting firms.
Before that he had a long and successful career with one of the countries largest and most prestigious recruiting firms ultimately serving as Business Unit Vice President managing both permanent placement and contract staffing operations.
As an individual contributor Mike was a consistent top performer achieving presidents club every year he was there.
Prior to launching his recruiting career, Macrides was an Applications Engineer with AMP Incorporated and Crouse Hinds Corp. Mike holds degrees in Engineering and Marketing from Clarkson University.
